1. Check On the Flower Division
You must talk to Sakura, Hatsuho & Claris. These are simple story events that have no LIPS questions.

2.1 Meet Xiaolong in Front of the Imperial Theater
**Note that this Story Event will cause Claris’ & Hakushu’s Sub Events to disappear.
This story event will trigger the thief investigation part of this chapter. This guide will document all the correct answers you have to give to Xiaolong. If you mess up at the end or identify the wrong culprit Xiaolong will correct you, but you won’t get his affinity increase.
2.2 Find Leads at Ginza Odori
Talk to the man in dark blue looking upwards and investigate the far right of the area with all the benches to get the clues for the Rope & Hat.
