Unlock: After clearing Story Mission 4 “Keeping The Peace”

Location: Financial District

Reward: 1500XP

1. Follow the proximity compass on the left of the screen to a near by rooftop guarded by Sniper Thugs. Take them out and destroy the jamming device with L1+R1. There are thee Jamming devices in total. After you gave destroyed the first one, leave the rooftop in the direction of the next jamming device on the proximity compass.
2. On the next rooftop with the jamming device, there will be Sniper Thugs, perched on the opposite building, they are quite good sharpshooters so leaving them for last could be a problem. Upon approaching the building with the jammer, have a look at your map. There will be two red dots indicating the building with the snipers. Head there first and take them out. After that, head to the building with the jamming device and take out the thugs and destroy the device.
3. After destroying the device, head in the direction of the last jamming device. On the next building, there will be multiple thugs with Stun Rods. Use your R1 webs and environmental debris as projectiles to deal with the swiftly. After cleaning up the goons, destroy the device and a new Blue Marker will appear on the map which indicated your next objective.
4. At the Blue Marker, you will see an event. After the watching the event, take out the thugs stealthily. This can be done by approaching the guards while they are unaware and taking them down with the square button. If you get spotted, make sure to use your R1 webs to immobilize the thugs so you can take them out one by one. After taking out all the thugs, go to the Blue Marker.
5. After investigating the Blue Marker, you will be put into a brawl with Riot Shield guys and Stun Rod guys. Make use of your R1 webs and always stay clear of incoming enemies. Pay attention to Spidey’s spider-sense to not get bodied by the ensuing mobs. Taking down all of the Thugs will clear this Side Mission.

Unlock: After clearing Story Mission 4 “Keeping The Peace”

Location: Upper East Side

Reward: 1500XP

1. Head to the Blue Marker on the map.
2. Once you are at the marker, there will be goons armed with Stun Rods and fire arms. Taking them out quietly is the preferred approach. After taking them out, investigate the Blue Marker.
3. After watching the event at the laptop, head to the next Blue Marker that just appeared. At the next event, you will now have to chase pigeons around the park. Folow their blue trails in the sky and build up enough momentum via swimming to get close enough to the flock and press L1+R1 when the prompt appears. This may take a few tries to get the correct pigeon.
4. After you have gotten the correct pigeon, head back to the laptop in the park indicated by the Blue Marker. After watching events, there will two more laptop access points that need to be shut down. There is a time limit and it is hard to traverse quickly in the park so be careful. When traversing the park, travel along areas with trees and streetlamps as opposed to open grass because you will not be able to move as quickly.
5. You need to stop the thugs accessing the laptops to stop the timer. There is no time for stealth so go in hot and clean them up quickly. and then move to the next access point and clean up the thugs there. After defeating the thugs at the two access points, head for the Blue Marker which is where you started this Side Mission.
6. At the Blue Marker, there will be many thugs armed with Stun Rods and Shields. take them out. After taking out all the thugs, check on the lady who gave you the Side Mission at the Blue Marker. This will complete the Side Mission.

Unlock: After clearing Story Mission 9 “A Shocking Comeback”

Location: Midtown

Reward: 1500XP

1. After talking to the Lady, head to the Blue Marker on the map.
2. After an event, you will need to take a picture of the suspect’s face. to do so, zip line to a streetlight she is facing and take the picture.
3. After this, you will need to tail the cab through town. You can move at a leisurely pace but be careful not to get too close. The cab will stop under a bridge and you will see an event.
4. After watching the event, zip line under the bridge by holding L2 and pressing R2 on the spot you want to go to. From here, take a picture of the second suspect’s face.
5. After this, tail the suspect on foot until he gets into the underground subway station. Be careful not to get too close.
6. Once the suspect has boarded the train, follow the train until it comes out to another subway station where you will trigger an event.
7. After watching the event, watch the suspect enter the nearby building and go up the elevator.
8. Once he is a room, web zip to the windows and photograph the two boards of plans while sticking to the window.
9. After this, you will be prompted to take out the two cars. do so quickly and be careful not to lose the sight of the cars.
10. After this, the mission will be over.

Unlock: After clearing Story Mission 10 “The Mask”

Location: Harlem

Reward: 1500XP

1. After starting the Side Mission, head to the Blue Marker on the map. AT the marker, investigate the scene.
2. Now head to the new Blue Marker on the map. At this scene, talk to the lady and then investigate the area. When you are prompted to find a Fire Extinguisher, use R3 to locate its position nearby behind a dumpster.
3. Interacting with the Fire Extinguisher will trigger a Spectrograph mini-game. The 4th and 6th patterns from the top go on the left and the 1st and 3rd patterns from the top go on the right.
4. After clearing the Spectrograph puzzle, a blue stream will appear that you will need to follow. It will lead you to thug being arrested. After talking to the thug head to the blue marker on the roof and investigate the scene.
5. After watching the events, you will be put into a fight with a lot of goons. Take them out and the mission will be over.

Unlock: After clearing Story Mission 17 “Couch Surfing”

Location: Chinatown

Reward: 1000XP

1. This Side Mission unlocks all the ‘Lost Pigeon’ collectibles in the city. Find all of the pigeons to complete this Side Mission.

Unlock: After clearing Story Mission 19 “And The Award Goes To…”

Location: Harlem

Reward: 1000XP

1. Take a picture of the wall.
2. Swing to the location of the next Blue Marker and take a picture of the wall. You will have to stand on the rooftop on the building across the street from the wall to be able to take the photograph properly.
3. After taking the picture, you will be ambushed by some goons and a brute. Take them out and then move to the next Blue Marker.
4. At the next location, you will have to take the picture again from the building across the street, but this time you will have to crawl on the wall to do so. If the building was a square you will have to be on its most slanted wall. On this wall, you will have to crawl around until you can line up the picture to take the photo.
5. After taking the picture, there will be three remote bombs. Rush to the bombs and throw them into midair with L1+R1 when close and then detonate them in the air with R1. Once all of the bombs have been dealt with, head to the Blue Marker on the map.
6. At the blue marker, you will be ambushed by thugs. Two Brutes will attack you so be sure to take out all of them swiftly.
7. Clearing the area of these thugs will be the end of this Side Mission.

Unlock: After clearing Story Mission 24 “Up The Water Spout…”

Location: Greenwich

Reward: 1500XP

1. Inside the lab, complete the Circuit Project puzzle. Refer to the video below:

1. After completing the puzzle, leave the lab and follow the proximity compass to a find a truck.
2. Mount the truck which will lead to a QTE (Mash Square) then fight all of the bikers that appear.
3. After dealing with the bikers, inspect the truck at the blue marker and that will be the end of the mission.

Unlock: After clearing Side Mission 7.1 “Tombstone: On The Move”

Location: Harlem

Reward: 1500XP

1. Take out the thugs in the compound. this is easiest if you do it stealthily by taking out the guards starting from the far left of the compound from where the mission starts. Start with the guards on the far end and then work you way to the trucks picking them off one by one using stealth takedowns, gadgets and willpower. If you get spotted take them out.
2. After taking out the thugs, examine the drums near the truck for an event. You will now need to fight armored thugs. These can be dealt with easily if you use your gadgets and the Triangle+Circle takedown on them.
3. After dealing with the droves of thugs that appear via bike, inspect one of the inhalers on the ground. You can use R3 to find it. Upon inspecting it, you will be met with a Spectrograph puzzle. Use the directions below to solve it:
   • For the left color pattern, use the 1st & 3rd from the top patterns
   • For the right color pattern, use the 2nd, 5th & 6th from the top patterns
4. After the puzzle has been solved, investigate the equipment at the truck once again and the mission will be completed.

Unlock: After clearing Side Mission 7.2 “Tombstone: What’s He Building In There…”

Location: Harlem

Reward: 3500XP

1. After watching the events, you will be put into a fight with Tombstone. This is quite a tough boss fight with three overall phases.
2. In the first phase of the boss fight, you will have to fend tombstone off while dealing with his goons. Think of Tombstone as a brute – you can’t attack him without stunning him by using a gadget or a throwable. His goons appear on motorcycles and you can use that as ammo to throw at tombstone to stun him while you deal with his crew. Some crew member will use the drug to make themselves resistant. If this happens, make use of your gadgets or use the Triangle+Circle finisher on them to deal with them quickly. If you get crowded, try using aerial combat by launching the thugs into the air by holding circle and doing follow up attacks with square.
3. After all the thugs are down, you will need to start wearing tombstone down. This is the second phase of the fight. Use your Finishers, gadgets and throwables to create chances to deal damage but always understand that he will only take about three to four hits before he recovers and retaliates. You can’t dodge very easily while you are attacking so don’t get too greedy to deal damage.
4. After you wear him down enough, an event will happen and his attack patterns will change. He will now favor mid range to long range attacks and you are advised to keep our distance and use webs to create chances for dealing damage. At this point in the fight, there will not be many throwables left in the environment and the camera will be locked on Tombstone making it hard to look for things to throw at him without manually circling around him. Use any throwables you find and your gadgets to stun him. You can also zip in with triangle after he is recovering after a combo. When you are closing in for damage, remember that he will recover quickly and hit you with a fast attack after three or four hits.
5. After fighting tombstone for a while, an event will happen and the mission will be cleared.

Unlock: After clearing Story Mission 27 “Spider-Hack”

Location: Greenwich

1. Head to the south of the Financial District to the point on the map indicated below:

1. When you are close to the destination, you will see a building on fire and an event will happen when you approach.
2. Take out the enemies and the mission will be complete.

Unlock: After clearing Side Mission 8.1 “College Buddies”

Location: Greenwich

1. Head North to east Harlem to the point indicated on the map below:

1. At the destination, you will see an event and you will need to speak to the person at the Blue Marker.
2. After talking to the person, go to the next blue marker to beat up the corrupted people.

Unlock: After clearing Side Mission 8.2 “Tick Tock”

1. Head North to east Harlem to the point indicated on the map below:

1. At the blue marker, defeat all the thugs to clear the mission.

1. At the destination, you will have to fight some thugs and that will be the end of this mission.

1. Head to Washington Square Park in Greenwich as indicated on the map below.

1. A the destination, you will have to takedown many corrupted.

Unlock: After clearing Story Mission 28 “Uninvited”

Location: Financial District

Reward: 3000XP

1. Go to the red exclamation marker for an event. After the event, take out the sniper by getting behind his field of vision and using the long range Triangle attack. Don’t worry about being quiet, just make sure he doesn’t see you.
2. After this, three more snipers will appear in the city. Swing over to them and take them all out in the same way. There is a time limit so be swift.
3. After dealing with the three snipers, rush to the next blue marker on the map.
4. At the next destination, you will have to take out three snipers without getting spotted. Each sniper has another guard watching his back so srop down behind them and use stealth takedowns. Use R3 to see when they are SAFE and strike when you have the chance You don’t have to rush this time so proceed carefully.
5. After taking down the snipers and the guys who watch their backs are down, you will need to take out the four guys inside the hostage area. Strike when they are safe, or use your gadgets to distract them or take them down. The trip mine or web bomb is very useful here. Just make sure to strike before they actually spot you.
6. After this, events will happen and the mission will be cleared.

Unlock: After clearing Story Mission 32 “The One That Got Away

Location: Hell’s Kitchen

Reward: 3000XP

1. Follow the proximity compass to an alley way filled with thugs. Take them down swiftly and quietly.
2. Head back to the cop shop for an event.
3. Take down the rocket launcher men on the opposite room for another event.
4. Take down all of the men in front of the police station.
5. After this, you will need to tush up to the top of the building for an event.
6. After the event, use the web bomb on the group and kick their asses and that will be the end of this mission.
